Board Meetings
The Board of Directors shall be composed of the officers of the League and the presidents of each affiliate organization with whom an association has been established pursuant to Article XV of the bylaws. The Board of Directors shall have general supervision of the affairs of the League between its membership meetings except where otherwise provided in the bylaws; determine the date, hour and place of membership meetings; make recommendations to the membership, approve committee charges; provide direction to the Executive Committee; and shall perform such other duties as specified in the bylaws. The Board shall be the policy making body of the League.
